About the event

This is not an open mic, but an opportunity for performers to share what they are working on and get feedback from other musicians and listeners in a supportive environment. Feel free to bring a friendly face for moral support.

During this workshop, we will have a special guest starting at 8:45 p.m.


Deborah Romeyn will lead a 30-minute session on songwriting Deborah Romeyn is one of Manitoba’s songwriting treasures. Her well-known work, Nothing Like the Freedom, has become a Prairie theme song and has taken her love and prairie vision to International audiences. We're delighted she will be joining us this week.
